Responsibilities:

·
Managing VPS and dedicated server using managed control panel
independently

·
Basic OS/Control Panel and script installation and troubleshooting on
server.

·
Knowledge of Linux and Windows issues handling and resolution

·
Managing server for load and various security checks and Backup
providing, IP Blacklist, RDNS,

SPAM Control and all

·
Must be able to reply ticket, handle calls and chat on the website

·
Must be able to communicate with data center for related issues

• Must have internet at home.

·
Must be able to work on WHMCS/WHM/CPanel/Plesk kind of panels
