Hi All,
We are looking for dynamic and proactive candidates for the post of Sales Executive (Technical process) for Inbound Calling
Job Description:-
01. Responsible for receiving, considering and responding to all customer inquiries/queries through email / call.
02. Handle customer concerns, complaints, enquiries and feedbacks.
03. Take judgment calls and manage unique situations
04. Ensure complete resolution to customer issues.
05. Work with the team to provide proper resolution to customers and avoid escalations.
06. The candidate might have to go in field for some meetings.
Qualification - Graduation.
Location:- Gurugram (Gurgaon)
Salary:- As per Industry Norms
Experience :- 6 months to 3 yrs
Desired Candidate Profile:-
Male will be Preferred for Technical Support.
should have excellent knowledge about Excel and Email Writing.
Good verbal and written communications skill.
Excellent English Communication Skills with basic Hindi.
Coordinating between the customers and Technical team and resolving the issues.
Hard worker and quick learner.
Quick Adaptation to new ideas and methodology.
Must be flexible to extend in case of business requirements
A Good Team Player with desire to learn, perform and grow.
Basic Knowledge of Computer and Microsoft office applications.
