Job Description:
- Servicing of electrical and electronic products like Home ups, invertors, offline ups, online ups,stabilizer, PCB, Transformer , batteries & other electronics equipment at client place.
- Fault diagnosis & Repair of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and products related to power electronics.
- Handle Customer complaints, Co-ordinate with department & Customers.- Components Level Repairing.
- Solve Problems On Site Itself .
- Understand Customer’s requirement on Visit or prior to Visit.
- Achieve productivity & quality as per the company’s norms.
