Designation/Department
Site Engineer / Tower Incharge
Location: Delhi NCR
Reporting To: Project Manager/ Project Incharge
Objective of the position
Responsible for execution of all construction activities of the assigned Tower/s in the Ashiana project while meeting the defined parameters of cost, quality, time and Safety/HSE.
Work Experience
Essential: 5-8 years in high rise residential housing projects / office building projects with architectural consultants
Desirable: experience working for contractual companies
Technical / Soft Skills required
Ability to work in MS Office – MSP, Excel, Auto Cadd, Working knowledge of Quality Assurance
Key Results Areas
Timely intimation of delays and bottlenecks if any.
Coordinate with various agencies deployed at site for civil / electrical / plumbing, or contractors PRWs to ensure smooth operations
Optimum utilization of departmental manpower, materials and machinery and maintaining records to the effect.
Ensure that the works are being executed as per defined SOPs and approved quality standards
Preparation of bar bending schedules
Manitaining cordial relations with site team, contractors, PRWs and vendors
Assist in generating material purchase requirement 3 months in advance for the project and raising an indent for as per the project schedule
Preparation of contractor/PRW /vendor bills
Focus on cost reduction through
i) Inventory management and controlling wastages at site
ii) Reviewing Methodology of execution and suggesting improvements
iii) Correct projection of material requirements
