Job Description
Purpose of the Position for Service Engineer-: Candidate who has a strong flair for customer support, with ability to do trouble shooting with our range of instrument in our plant and at customers end. The profile requires willingness to demonstrate the instrument to the customer and be comfortable in interaction with them at various levels.
Job Responsibilities:
To do preventive and breakdown maintenance instruments used in plant for production or other purpose as per SOP
To repair our instruments at customers end.
Training to customer in our product range
Handle customer complaints and close them within stipulated time
to send daily reports as per company policy
any other responsibility may be added by the company as per situation.
