What are we looking for

eMeasurematics seeks for a dynamic and experienced service
engineer, preferably
based in Surat working at client
premises (ESSAR Steel, Hazira).

His prime
responsibilities include on

·
Installation and maintenance of microprocessors based special purpose
instruments which are highly rugged & military grade.

·
Documentation of work
log/reports of work done at the client location

Basic Qualification

• Diploma
  OR B.E/Tech specialization Electrical/Instrumentation


• Minimum
  1-2 years of experience


• Good
  knowledge of PCBs, networking and wireless communication


• Strong
  problem solving and analytical capabilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

·
Implementation / Installation and Commissioning of solutions and
products on site

·
Participate and conduct training programs for
users/customers

·
Development, implementation and execution of preventive maintenance
programs for deployed systems.

·
Provide onsite service support and troubleshooting during system failure

·
Maintain work log/reports/documentation of support activities.

·
Act as a bridge between customer, product development, project and
support teams

·
Support and foster relationships with existing and prospective
customers

·
Provide insights/suggestions and participate in
discussions regarding system/service improvement
