To drive Life Insurance Business thru a Team of Insurance Advisers and to achieve sales Targets thru them
Recruitment of Advisory.
Training of Advisers by doing joint sales calls with them
To Manage a Team of Advisory.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum Graduate with 1 Year + Sales Experience in any Industry / Field.
Candidate Age (Preferably b/w 24 - 38 Years)
Good Communication, Interpersonal and Leadership skills.
Must have local Contact’s to make Insurance advisors thru his own contacts.
Candidates from sales background will be proffered.
Salary- 1.5 lac to 2.5 lac + Incentives
