Should be very good into sourcing, screening, interview follow-up, documentation, post joining follow-up etc.
Extensive experience into end to end recruitment.
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Proficient in the use of Job Boards, Social Media and other means of sourcing the right candidate.
Good understanding of head hunting , lateral and volume hiring , mass mailing, screening.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.Client Handling.
should be a good team player.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have experience in recruitment .
-Good communication and presentation skillls.- Candidate must be a Graduate.Candidate should have an ability to coordinate interviews with different panels.
