PROJECT DIRECTOR

Qualification Required :A graduate
in Engineering with specialization in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with
a PG in management.15 to 18 years of experience, out of which minimum 7
years as General Manager or Heading an SBU (Strategic Business Unit) for
overall achieving overall profitability Well experienced in Electromechanical
Contracting.

Reports to Chief Executive Officer(CEO). Supervises
directly the Engineering Manager – Mechanical & Electrical; Senior Projects
Manager / Projects Manager; Section Head – Mechanical Design & Electrical
Design; Contracts Engineer; Planning Engineer; Testing, Commissioning &
Service Assistant Manager; Works Manager; Senior QA_QC Manager and HSE Manager
besides any other PMT key personnel as decided by CEO from time to time.

Responsibilities:-

Ensure the resources at Site – Man / Machine
/ Material on time against the programme

·
Overall monitoring of the progress of the
project

·
Maintaining & improving customer
satisfaction

·
Post contract administration. Ensuring
regular billing / cash flow

·
Ensure the cost effectiveness of all project
related activities and to meet cost target

·
Technical & Commercial advice regarding
material / manpower / valuation / subcontract’s payment claims

·
Ensure all letters, queries from client /
consultant are answered promptly

·
Ensure the Safety and welfare of his team
member
