Production Manager

• Provide leadership and management to the business
• Fully responsible for the day- to-day running of various sub departments.
• Focused on developing programs that deliver efficiency
• Playing a leading role in the mobilization, development and implementation of robust operational processes
• Vertically integrate the company in knitting fabrics, dyeing to finishing including machine embroidery, screen printing and transfer technologies process.
• Liaise with distinctive departments – Quality, Planning and Production Engineering to enhance level of excellence and productivity.
• Ensure goods produced meet the customer's satisfaction, in terms of quantity, quality, time and cost.
• As the company operates in a geographical environment, the Production Manager shall look after supply chains across Mauritius.
• Oversees the production process, communicate with internal and external customers and suppliers about the quality, price, delivery times and ethical standards of the items.
• Planning, monitoring and controlling the alter production schedules and deal with production faults and issues.
• Liaise with in-house design team, sales teams and quality control teams.
