PERSONAL ASSISTANT EA TO MD

To work as Executive Assistant to Chairman & Managing Director.
Will be responsible for co-ordination, collection & scrutinizing the relevant data, documents.
Will be required to do self-correspondence, prepare MIS & presentations and analyse data.
Must have knowledge about Business Analysis, Business Development, Strategic Planning, Technical & Analytical skills.
He should be also good in analytical presentation preparation and making presentations.
Preparing Agenda and MOM.
Coordinating monthly review meeting / Monthly summary and action plan preparation.
Assisting in preparation of Budget proposals.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
Ensure confidentiality at all times (this position will have access to highly confidential information).
Ability to work collaboratively and independently and quickly to meet deadlines on multiple projects.
Ability to evaluate and assess problem areas, and provide recommendations for solutions.
Male, Graduate Mechanical Engineer (Full Time)+ MBA (Full Time) in Operations Management from reputed Institutes / B-schools only should apply for this position.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and excellent command in computers are pre-requisites for this position.
Position is based in Gurgaon and hence candidates willing to stay in Gurgaon and willing to work 6 days a week need only apply.
Hands-on experience of 1-2 years in same role will be preferred.
