Understanding and implementing the customer specifications/ technical documents, Sample development and Cost analysis, trouble-shooting and production monitoring from sample enquiry to order executions, identifying quality vendors and ensuring compliance, ensuring final products/ packaging/ markings as per customer requirements.

Well experienced in Home textiles, made-ups and upholsteries’, system improvements, cost control, ensuring customer confidence. Experience in upholsteries, embroideries, fibre-filling/ vacuum packing and quilting methods. Able to manage a team of merchandisers, Inspection/ Testing and Production monitoring from yarn to finished products.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, team works, customer Communication skills, Computer SAP/ERP operations, periodical reporting. Monitoring orderliness, work practices and house-keeping.
