Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:
- Forward the Enquirers of Clients generated from Site/Apartment/Villa/Residence.
- Creating New Contacts & Streams to get new Data Base to the Company.
- Liaison with other Sales /CRM / Personals to get Site Client Prospects from Different Apartments.
- Collect all Marketing information from Site/Sales/CRM/Marketing/Web or any other.
- Meet Prospective Clients along with Company Portfolio & Pictures for Proposals and all Finalization will be done by Proprietor.
- Coordinate with Estimation
for the Costing and Quotation / Offers to Client. - Client Registration on Confirmation.
Mandatory Skills Set: Good Communication Skills
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 1 yearminimum
Annual CTC: Flexible for the right candidate
