We are hiring for Customer Service (Voice Process) for our reputed Client
Designation - Phone Banking Officer (Inbound Voice Process)
Customer service (80%) Upselling (20%)
Job Summary: - Handle inbound calls for credit cards and banking and render accurate customer service to customers.
Objectives: - Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory resolution to all the queries of the customers are provided.
Core Responsibilities :
Ensure Customer service excellence by:
Displaying complete onus to the customers query/problems -
Delivering service with requisite Courtesy and Accuracy
Ensuring Nil Customer complaints
Ensuring excellent SLS scores
Escalating/highlighting customer problem incidences
Adherence to service and sales compliance
upselling on set products (assets and liabilities products)
Ensuring Process efficiency by achieving set targets of call quality
Salary : up to 3.8 LPA
Location - Goregaon (EAST)
5 Days Working + Meal + 2 off
General Shift For Females
