· Brand building, Marketing Strategy Planning

· Training Field Force, Motivating them

· Assisting / supervising Marketing team for making marketing strategies

· Co-ordinating with field force for their day-to-day activities

· Controls on Marketing Expenses and periodical review

· Creating new paradigm for business

· To introduce brand extension and New Product development

· Maintaining annual marketing budget

· To ensure Brand Positioning.

· B.Pharm & MBA / B.Sc.-M.Sc. & MBA

· Hard worker with good market knowledge

· Self starter with Initiative and Result Oriented Leader

· Positive Attitude

· Good Communication &Good Documentation skills

· Good Analytical & Interpersonal Skills

Min.Exp:Minimum 5 yrs. in Pharma Industry with Field sales Experience.
