Electrician

1. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
a)To be responsible for efficient operation of all the electrical panels & equipment’s.
b)To monitor and take daily energy consumption (electricity & water) readings.
c)To carry out maintenance requests received from other departments on daily basis and follow up.
d)To be responsible for monitoring and changing chemical in swimming pool.
e)To be responsible for changing chemical in the Garden.
f)To familiarize himself with the layout of the essential services and the building.
g)To carry out the daily routine inspection in the inside and outside of the building with regard to the major panels & equipment’s and other electrical installations.
2. General Responsibilities:
a)Maintaining of safety standards while working.
b)Maintain the quality of work and assist colleagues to follow the same.
