The candidate should handle all purchases/ procurement of building construction related items.
Working knowledge of HT & LT line. Substation work.
Checking of FIRE FIGHTING works concept report and tenders received from consultants.
Make comments, if any on the concept report and tender documents.
Making co-ordination with supervisors and electrician deputed at site regarding services works.
Site visit to check the quality and progress of the work.
Cable selection and size calculation according to the electric load.
Selection of DG Set and Transformer for the system with reference to calculated electric load.
Preparing deviation statement for material / project cost for the services.
Desired Profile:
Candidate should be a degree/ diploma holder in electrical with at least 3 - 4 years of experience. Should be from real estate industry / BUILDING CONSTRUCTION.
