Cluster Sales Manager/ ASM - LAP - NBFC

Responsible for driving and delivering budget numbers on Balance Sheet
and Interest Income, Fee and Cross Sell Revenues month on month for LAP
business in the respective Cluster.

Responsible for driving the execution of growth initiatives to deliver
top notch performance, desired productivities, market presence and Cluster level profitability in line with company strategy and objectives.
- Responsible for hiring, managing and motivating the Team and Individual performance.
- Drive the activation and delivery agenda for new locations.
- To provide sponsorship support to the deals and client engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
- To build a strong credit orientation and familiarity in the team.
