Job Description:
Train New Hire Training Batches on Product
Conduct Product Refresher trainings for agents on the floor
Compiling Training Data, MIS
Coordination with operations
Preparing Training Material & Schedule
Coordination with operations/quality for the training

Desired Candidate Profile:Should have conducted training in past Outbound sector for more than 1.5 years
Excellent knowledge of making presentations, making training modules, process training
Good Communication skills, presentation skills and some experience into sales training
Ability to work independently
Ability to multi-task with well-developed organizational skills
