RESPONSIBILITIES:
Should take the responsibility and ownership for the analysis, functional decomposition, modelling, prototyping, design, coding, code review, testing, deployment and status reporting of a work product in a project.
Delivery of project version / module as per plan and with quality
Provide input on technical effort estimation to arrive at resourcing plans
Be part of technical panel for recruitment and yearly performance appraisals
Conduct training and induction of new team members
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of experience in developing web applications
Experience in technically leading a development team / sub team of 3-5 developers
Experience of working on projects involving a variety of technologies
Should have designed at least one project / module using object oriented analysis & design techniques and data modelling
KNOWLEDGE:
Understand application performance tuning
Sound knowledge of modern software architectures, design patterns and development techniques
Domain understanding of ecommerce
