Java Tech Lead

Responsibilities:

• Implement
  a scalable, secure, and high-performing, service-oriented platform


• Work
  closely with Enterprise Architects and Product Managers to architect the
  service platform aligned with the business strategy


• Collaborate
  on cross-functional agile teams that include Product Development, Product
  Owners, Quality Assurance and CI/CD to implement the next generation
  Integrated healthcare Cloud services and Integrated enterprise
  applications


• Stay
  abreast of technology trends and industry best practices to hone and
  maintain your talent

Requirements:

• 5-10
  years developing web applications in a highly transparent Agile
  organization, with iterations, continuous integration and a drive for
  quality


• Must
  have: Experience in J2EE, Jboss,
  Spring, Restful API framewok, Eclipse, web services using SOAP, WSDL and
  JAXB, JBoss, JAX-RPC, JAX-WS. Must have healthcare experience in HL7
  and (EMR or HER)


• Leading
  development team of atleast 4 people and ability to take technology
  decisions


• Atleast
  a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field


• Must
  be a self-starter and able to work well with others in a fast-paced agile
  environment with an emphasis on collaborating and assisting the team to
  meet business objectives

Qualifications:

• Proven
  experience designing and implementing horizontally scalable, secure and
  reliable applications using Java


• Proven
  ability to architect and design service oriented solutions using RESTful
  web services with an understanding of service-oriented architectures


• Good
  to Have: EHR/EMR/SNOMED/HL7/ICD/FHIR
  domain knowledge, Amazon AWS


• Prior
  experience with RDBMS – SQL Server or MYSQL


• Experience
  or Exposure to NoSQL databases, index stores and caching technologies such
  as Redis, Elasticsearch is plus


• Experience
  integrating web services with mobile clients such as iPhone/iPad
  applications


• Experience
  working within a continuous integration stack using tools such as GIT,
  Jenkins, Ant, Maven/Gradel etc.
