• To understand client requirements and propose solutions pertaining to the technology domain area.
• Engaging in pre-sales activities, analyzing clients business requirements and recommending appropriate solutions with ability to build effective relationships.
• Escalation of critical issues in a timely fashion & participating in solution approach. Formulate conclusions and recommendations to resolve the problem.
• Preparation of analytical reports and inputs for client deliverables.
• Delivers and customizes best in class presentations on products & services.
• Assist sales team with estimates, RFPs, solutioning, outreach & presentations.
