Job Title / Designation: Instrument Technician

Job Description:       

·         Carried out maintenance activity of PLC and SCADA system.

·         New instruments installation, configuration, calibration, and Loop checking and commissioning activities.

·         Review of vendor drawings, cable schedule, cable routing and cable layout

·         Hot and cold loop checking.

·         Handling erection & commissioning of equipment such as transmitters, gauges, switches, RTDs and thermo couples as per HOOK-UP drawings and locating the tapping points for instruments on piping by referring to drawings

·         Review and maintain daily activity documents in Excel.

·         Calibration of field equipment’s PSV, PCV, TT, PT and RTD.

Mandatory Skills Set:

·         Should have a work experience of 2 to 3 years in the field of Control System installations / Instrumentation.

·         Candidate should have knowledge for maintenances of automation systems - PLC, SCADA and HMI (Added Advantage).

·         Should be ready to work in the shifts.

·         Hands-on experience with electrical circuits, power cables, controls, motor, etc.

·         Ability to read blue prints, single-line diagrams, and rough shop drawings.

·         Strong attention to details and analytical skills

·         Effective communication and organizational skills

 Job profile is related with PLC/SCADA/Field Instrumentation Automation based Project/Maintenance department in our clients site.       

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: Should have a work experience of 2 to 3 years in the field of Control System installations / Instrumentation.

Annual CTC: 2.0 - 2.5 LPA                   

Location(s) of Job: Bangalore           

Minimum Education Requirements:  ITI or Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation                     

No of rounds of Interviews:  2         

Work Timings / Working Days: 9 hrs (Should be ready to work in the shifts) / 6days
