² Handling Import & Export Preparing Invoice and Packing List and other documents.
² Custom clearance examination with Custom officer and Co-ordination with CHA for Import & Export and keeping all necessary records.
² Co-ordination with logistics company for safety & security (Insurance) purpose. Transportation arrangement for good movement.
² Deals with New Custom House IGI Airport, DGFT, Noida Special Economic Zone (Custom department), Chennai Custom House, Jaipur Custom House, ICD Concor Jaipur, Central Excise Jaipur and Bond section at Delhi, Chennai and Jaipur for representing and processing of the application etc.
² Documentation of Advance license, Registration of Advance license, IEC Code, Private Bonded warehouse and other related documents according to the company requirement.
² Responsible for all records and follow up with accounts for timely payments.
