Responsibilities:

·
The candidate should manage clients in B2B and B2C segments across
industries (SME, Govt., Technology etc.)

·
End-to-end Client Servicing: Understand content requirement from
clients, initiate project discussions and work with the team for deliveries

·
Knowledge of business trends and technology

·
When required, create content (different types – blogs, articles,
case studies, Whitepapers, etc.) for clients

·
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the
content team and ensure deliveries of content with proper formatting are met
within the deadlines.

·
The person will report to Program Manager and coordinate with the
Content Delivery team

·
Managing
the content and social engagement of clients accounts

·
Building
conversations around content and engaging communities

·
Assisting
in creation of social media champions from amidst the content team

·
Ensuring
constant engagement with the target communities

·
Creating
and sharing key metrics for SMM activities

·
Monitoring
Social Media activities and creating online communities
