Job Description:

HR Administration- Responsible for completing joining formalities of new Joiners for Project and internal employees. Responsible for giving the company induction and HR manual to new Joinees. Responsible for circulating to welcome board mail to all employee for new Joiners. Responsible for completing all PF, ESI and other required form of new & existing employees. Processing monthly attendance masters for on & off roll employees in excel format. Maintaining employee’s personal files and records Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, etc. Preparation of full and final settlement and completing exit formalities for resigned employee. Responsible for making of Experience Letters and Relieving Letters for exit employee. Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees for assisting of Sr. HR. Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc. Responsible for collecting attendance for all project employees. Compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system. Attendance & Leave Management Providing the salary slips to all employees on monthly basis. Providing the various MIS reports to client on Monthly basis. Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and documentation work. Maintaining books of accounts. Preparing of bills/ invoice.
