-Handling all Branches in Gujarat and near by Region..
-Overall Responsibility of entire Recruitment across these branches.
-Main responsibility is managing employee relations:
-Visiting Branches & creating close connect with employees.
-Have an employee relations agenda and ensure that grievances of staff are attended in a timely manner.
-Coordinating the hiring process and recruitment procedure/manpower allocation.
-Ensure that staff information for payroll is prepared every month and is sent towards Payroll within the timeline.
-Understand the regulations and ensure that all statutory compliances are met with timely remittances and submission of half yearly/yearly returns.
-Ensuring adherence to the HR Policy.
Desired Profile :
1.Candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in HR Department.
2.Handled recruitment at large scale.
3.Ready to travel in field when required.
4.Excellent communication skill written and verbal.
5.Good in MS Office.
