Sourcing and short-listing resumes basis business requirements
Complete the joining formalities and on boarding of new hires.
Support payroll activities including attendance, leave, transfer, payroll inputs etc. for corporate functions
MIS preparation as and when required.
Assist in Employee Engagement activities
Preparing and releasing Full and Final settlements of the resigned employees after taking management approval.
Coordinating, planning training related activities.
Other tasks as and when assigned.
