Job Description
· To prospect, acquire and retain clients
· To achieve budgeted targets in terms of number of clients/volume of business & assets.
· To research, investigate and update themselves on available investment opportunities/financial market trend to determine whether they fit into clients portfolios
· To understand clients needs & requirements and accordingly position products & services
· To coordinate with product and research team for taking investment decision for the clients
· To recommend strategies clients can use to achieve their financial objectives, including specific recommendations in such areas as cash management, insurance coverage other than investment planning also to ensure a one-point relationship for the client
Skill Set
· Should able to develop the business in targeted area with the use of skills, strategies and experience
· Should have good knowledge of Credit & Legal along with KYC Documents.
· Required strong market knowledge
· MBA Fresher’s can apply.
· Should be a Team player.
· Should be aware of Broking products. Documentation
· Ability to learn the new things within a short time span.
· Should have good communication & inter-personal skills.
· Customer focused and willing to go the extra mile to deliver an exceptional service

· Acquire and Sell - Mutual Fund (SIP / Lumpsum).
· Responsible for business development through selling of Mutual Fund ( SIP / Lumpsum ) to the existing / new customers of the branch · Lead generation and sales thru marketing and distribution activities.
· Responsible for achieving targets as assigned Key Skills
Skill Set
· Graduate / Post graduate with min 1 yr of Experience in Selling Financial Products
· Should have good communication
· Should be a result oriented, self starter
· Should possess good networking & client relationship building / servicing skills.
