Process: Phone banking

Designation: Phone banking officer

Location: Rohini West, Delhi

Job Description:

Assist customers over the phone with their queries/ complaints / sales/debit cards/credit cards/Loans/ investments.
Inbound calls only.
No Target

Salary: 14700/- Gross plus incentives.

Timings: Rotational Day Shift/No night Shift

Min Education: Any Graduates/B.com/BA/BBA/ Post graduates any
