Process: Phone banking

Designation: Phone banking officer

Location: Delhi( Vikaspuri/ Rajouri Garden & Rohini) and for Gurgaon.

Job Description: Assist customers over the phone with their queries/ complaints / sales/debit cards/credit cards/Loans/ investments.

Salary: 15000/- Gross plus incentives.

Timings: Fixed Day Shift only

Min Education: Graduates.
