Job Description:
To handle INBOUND Calls.
Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.
Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service.
Ascertain customer needs and take action in a timely manner.
Perceptive and intuitive nature with the ability to solve problem.
Experience in any B2C selling process will be an advantage
Working days: 5days.
Week Offs: Fixed Offs on every Saturday & Sundays.
Shift Timings:
9.30pm to 6.30.am(Night Shift)
