Position Summary
· The candidate will be responsible for overall hiring for Premium Accounts at Bangalore location and will lead a team recruiters. Will maintain highest level of Integrity, honesty and reliability ownership.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Managing the execution of end to end recruitment process of staffing volume hiring
· Should be able to plan and execute hiring plan for business accounts
· Ensuring smooth functioning of the recruitment process while maintaining compliance to procedures and policy guidelines
· Executing the hiring numbers within the defined SLA /TAT
· Managing internal stakeholders and ensuring that business meets their hiring numbers
· Be a strategic partner to the business by providing market intelligence & key analysis on a regular basis
· Utilizing all the available resources to their maximum potential to ensure that hiring targets are achieved at an optimal cost
· Should effectively manage the team, ensure they are motivated and guide them to achieve desired results
· Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
· Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
· Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
· Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
· Assist in employee retention and development
· Organize and/or attend career fairs, Campus Recruitment, assessment centers or other events. Ensure that a healthy pipeline is available all the times to take care of sudden ramps/backfill hiring.
· Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
· Willing to work on weekends or as per the business requirement.
Education & Experience
Graduate / Post Graduate
5 – 10 Years

· Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong industry talent.
· Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
· Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
· Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
· Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
· A Leader and strategic thinker
· Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Good Analytical Skills
· Excellent in MS Office
