- Working on project resource allocation Centralized documentation Ensure that all documents and records related to his / her packages are made available with the latest revision to the central documentation team Interface management & contract management
- In view of number of agencies getting associated with the utility projects, need for fixing the battery limits of every agency .
- Monitoring the contracts of various agencies and ensure compliance w.r.t scope , budget and schedule. Administrative co-ordination for his / her team Safety & Quality
- Quality checks of deliverables and taking corrective and preventive actions wherever required
- Follow Tata Steels safety standards and various engineering guidelines.
- Coordination of PSSR / PSRM activities for all packages
