Qualification: B.E. Civil
Experience: 12-18 years
Understanding over all scope & itemisation of work.
Coordination with Architect and Consultant for BOQ and specification.
Preparation of BOQ, BOM, rate analysis, estimate, techno commercial analysis and advising on contracting strategy.
Checking sufficiency of items and full proof description of BOQ items.
Preparation of tender, floating inquiries, rate comparison, negotiation and drafting work order and contract.
Sourcing of contractors.
Post award coordination for contractors performance.
Periodic review & strengthening BOQ description and terms & condition.
To maintain trackers for sourcing of contracts.
To ensure that the projects receive the resources on time
Post award Contract Administration
Settlement of dispute, extra items, claims etc.
