HEAD Campus Placement

Job Description
1. Conduct campus placements of all our students located at colleges in Bangalore and across the country in the IT, BFSI and allied industries
2. Develop a strong database of relationship with Campus HR Heads of atleast 500 top companies for placement of students graduating out of B.Com, BBM, BA, B.Voc, Engineering and MBA roles
3. Manage the end to end logistics of the placement process from student enrollment, test administration, interview and GD process right until the offer management
4. Conduct the placement promotion activities in colleges through industry talks, guest lectures, company presentations, interactions with student alumni groups etc
5. Achieve a minimum placement target for students enrolled across different programs
