Develop understanding of all therapies and its advantages and be able to guide guests on the same
Deliver professional spa service to the guests with the help of the therapists at the spa
Actively seek guest feedback and maintain records of the same
2. “Hotel liasoning responsibility”
Engage with various hotel departments to ensure smooth spa operations
3. “Standard Operating procedures responsibility”
Follow SoP to maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness by monitoring the housekeeping staff
Follow SoP to ensure standardized experience for guests at the spa
Maintain billing and reports
