responsibilities: Customer will call regarding their issues in laptop , desktop , printer , router and other peripherals and The need to resolve troubleshoot issues and an amount to fix up the issues.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Candidate should be a call closer.

Should have knowledge about Mac, Windows, xbox, router , printer, pop up calls etc

Good to Excellent communication skills in English (* Mandatory*).

Qualification minimum 12th pass.

Comfortable working in rotational shift with 6 working day

1 fix roster off
