We are currently hiring for the position of GM Sales / Territory Sales Managar for Dealer Dovelopment .
Job Discription:
Dovelop Our Showroom of Delhi/NCR Existing and new opening and Formulate Sales plan in short-term and long-term perspective to meet Business targets
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy.Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals .
Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology .
Analyze and evaluate all Delhi NCR Showroom Sales .
Establish and implement short and long term goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures .
Identify new business opportunities to grow sales and profitability .
Understand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors with marketing strategy .
Developing and fostering positive relations with the employee representatives and interest groups .
Observing the regional market and competitors activities
.Knowledge of sales through dealer network and related aspects like Auto Finance , insurance etc.
