• Analyze market and competition and understands organization’s strengths and weaknesses to

• Usually responsible for establishment and adherence to department budget.
• Successfully manage and support Commercial, Operational, Technical, Special project for Development Agency, Foreign Procurement and Logistics, Project Implementation Control sections in order to be competitive with international reputable brands.
• Supporting project directors in procurement and construction processes in partnership with International EPC companies in ongoing projects.
• Maintain and understanding of energy market trends, development and opportunities.
• Establish target market and develop effective relationships with MNCs as a strategic partner on prospective business and joint venture opportunities.
