Position:Business Development Executive

Location: Kolkata Circle

Qualification and Experience:Any Graduate

Age:Below 26 years for Fresher's & 28 Years for Experienced (Must be from Sales).

Reports to:Team Leader / Branch Manager

Function: Field Sales

Requirement: 50nos

Roles and Responsibility:To promote sales of saving accounts, current accounts, Third party products such as Life Insurance, General Insurance. Gold Coins, Mutual Funds etc, Term Deposits, reach out to High Net Worth individuals and provide Home banking services

Supervisory Role: None

Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:

· Candidates from CASA experience would be preferred or with direct sales experience.

· Should have high level of energy and a flare for marketing.

· Should be an outgoing person, he should not hesitate to go out in the market.

· Should be fluent in Vernacular Language. Should be able comprehend English well.

· Should be presentable as they form the image of the brand.

· Should have basic arithmetic skills

Career Progression:Business Development Executive >> Assistant Sales Manager >> Branch Sales Manager

Compensation & Benefits: Rs.12,000/= Per Month + Incentive (As per applicable)

Interview process:

Candidate should appear for first round interview 27.06.2017 in Kolkata Office before the final interview date, no one candidate will allow in the final interview date who have not attend the first round interview in Kolkata Office.

Bank will take a online Exam in second round interview.

After this exam those who are qualified they will appear for final round of interview.
