- Maintain identification and traceability in all production jobs and related documents
- Maintain all ISO, HACCP - related documents to streamline system
- Provide tools or equipments in advance to improve productivity
- Ensure that safe working practices are being followed throughout the factory
- Support R&D activity for new product development
- Support trial and testing
- Facilitate maintenance of production machinery and equipment
- Capability development/on-job training of all functional employees
