JOB PURPOSE :
- To identify Training needs of Members and be Responsible for providing a safe and effective exercise environment.
- To Evaluate Member Fitness Needs.
- Convert members into Personal training.
- Responsible for the Targets provided by the Management.
- Instruct patrons on effective workout methods by explaining proper techniques and demonstrating appropriate methods of exercises.
- Customer satisfaction to be maintained at high level. To maintain the highest level of professional competence in the industry, exceeding all standards, indices and benchmarks, and offer our clients and customers the latest and the best in the fitness industry.
The Job Description is divided into four major parameters.
-Sales
-Customer Service and satisfaction
-MIS
-Ethics
Supporting Actions :
To generate non dues from Personal training, boot camps, group trainings and referrals.
SALES :
-General Training: General evaluation of fitness which includes,1 Repetition max test, coopers test , flexibility and muscular endurance test.
-Teach appropriate methods of exercise.
-Instruct patrons on effective workout methods and explain proper techniques of exercises.
-Personal Training: Identify specific training needs, wants and goals of the member and personalize work out schedules
-Ensure to achieve monthly revenue from PT
-Follow up on member records for renewal and referrals and provide details to MC’s.
-Have atleast 8 PT member.
-Work closely with members to develop personalized health and fitness plans.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION :
-Ensure members are always motivated and work towards achieving their maximum performance.
-Ensure members questions are timely answered.
-Monitor, update and track customer’s results and understand the new needs and desires of the member and adapt to changing needs.
-Ensure customer satisfaction of 80% in the club
-Take safety measures while the customer is exercising.
-Ensure strong interpersonal skills like friendliness, enthusiastic, positive mental attitude, communication etc is maintained amongst the staff members.
-Maintain a professional representation at club both through appearance and action.
-Work towards winning most of the moment of truth
MIS REPORTS
-Capture member’s personal training details like target heart rate, medical records etc.
-Maintain work out schedule, body measurement details, validity of membership.
-Assist in collecting and collating employee perception and satisfaction surveys
ETHICS& CORE VALUES
-Adhere to Company ethics and values.
-Follow company policies, disciplines such as Punctuality to work, not work under the influence of alcohol and drugs etc.
-One workable initiative or process improvement plan every month.
