Field Service Executive (Freshers welcome)

Hiring Field Service executive for leading Telecom Company.
Location : Chandigarh/ Mohali
Qualification : 10th / 10+2 / Diploma Electrical
Experience - 0-6 months
Job Description:
Independently execute daily service work in field, such as start-up, installation  of systems, regular maintenance & troubleshooting.
According to customer needs, received orders and in line with internal standards & processes provide high quality field service to customers in agreed schedule and high quality.
Actively daily cooperate and timely communicate with teams and to ensure proper information flow and maximizing customer satisfaction
Timely and completely plan and report all own activities and data in line with internal standards via dedicated system
. Aware of Safety procedures during job execution.
knowledge / Educational requirements
Languages: - local language.
Basic Electrical knowledge - advantage
** Driving license 2 wheeler preferred

Independent, self-managed, success-motivated person with can- approach
Technical thinking and drive to learn and develop
Proactivity and good communication skills
Ability to plan & prioritize own work efficiently and work under pressure
Team-player
Ability and willingness to Travel extensively at short notice.
