POSITION: Technical Sales Executive

Job Description:

* Responsible for answering calls politely and professionally from international              clients.

* Responsible for providing technical support assistance to UK customer.

* Responsible for troubleshooting the issues related to desktop, laptops, printers, emails, antivirus ,phones and all kind of relevant devices.

* Candidates with minimum 6 months of experience in Technical Sales (UK/US/AUS process) can apply.

*Deals with Printer support, Antivirus Support and Office support.

*Responsible for taking calls from customers for selling of online Technical Support Subscription for Window and Mac computer/Laptop

* Only PPC calls ( antivirus, MS Office issue)

*NO POPUP CALLS

 Eligibility Criteria

* Any Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate.

* Technically sound is add on.

* Salary Offered: 12 K – 45 K + Great INCENTIVES (No bar for deserving candidate)

* Shift Timing: 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm (Candidate should be flexible with timings)

* Cab provided (Drop) For West Delhi Location      

* Meal provided

*Age limit: 18 to 30 years

*Preferably Female Candidate

*Excellent communication skill required
