JOB TITLE: MARKETING MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic
marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an
organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Her day-to-day tasks include managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff,
leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing
products/services, and liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies.
KRA's:-
Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing
department.
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Actively participate in launch of Insurance and Automobile segment of our company.
Coordinating for the creation of signage, circulars, mock ups, e-mail campaigns, on
line promotion, etc.
Coordinating, Negotiating & Ensuring the distribution or delivery of marketing
materials.
Budget-management skills and proficiency.
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company
functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Working closely with the Marketing Head to understand live marketing campaigns
and associated processes.
Visiting all the existing and new locations of the company for performing various
marketing activities.
DESIRED PROLIE:
Qualification : MBA (Marketing)
Female required
Should have good command over English (Written and speaking).
Minimum experience- 2 years
The person will be handling the largest and luxurios automobile segment (DD
Motors), Luxurious segment of Super bikes (Triumph) and Banking and Financial
segment.
Digital marketing expereince is a plus point.
