Duties and Responsibilities :-

1.The role of the principal covers different areas including leadership, teacher’s evaluation, students discipline, planning, supervision and various others. The Principal of the school may be described as the motherboard of the computer. 

2. The reputation of the school and the position that it holds in the society depends in a large extend on the influence that he exercises over his colleagues, his pupils and the general public. Similarly the discipline of the school and its sprits de corps are the special responsibilities of the principal.

3. Good principal need to have sound philosophy of life and education. As dedicated soul, devoted to his profession and service to the mankind, with ulterior motives and purposes of life, with altruistic designs and goals, he belongs to a higher order of human race. His goal is to be a nation building.

4. The principal should have sound attitude towards life. He must take to optimism to the extent of seeing something good in event of misfortune. He must approach everything with the confident air of success. He must guard himself against any frustration. 

Education :- Doctorate or M.Phil .PHD with 60 % marks.

Monthly salary :- 1.10 Lakhs to 1.35 Lakhs
