Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads from existing customers and other sources in different verticals through outbound calling.
Assist customers to get their requirements/demands fulfilled.
Ability to individually generate and qualify Leads.
Research (using telephone and internet) to expand the database of customers.
Desire Candidate Profile:
Exceptional communication skills (English & Hindi), any regional language is a welcome extra credit.
Pleasing personality with excellent presentation skills and high conviction power.
Ability to understand internet and mobile platform related technical concepts.
Candidates with prior experience in the BPO industry can also apply.
Comfortable and confident communicating over the phone.
