Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
Should be diligent and smart in gathering information
Should be able to schedule meetings and day to day correspondences
Organizing and maintaining calendars and making appointments
Should be involved in various administrative and support duties
Desired Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience.
With effective verbal and listening Skills
With good Typing speed, Good Knowledge in to Accounts.
Knowledge on Shorthand is added advantage
Good Communications skills.
Should have computer skills including ability to work with MS Office
