Duties & Responsibilities :
Should be capable of managing the region assigned to ascertain felicitous sales. Responsible for achieving the revenue and client acquisition targets of their designated region.
Engender awareness of products, conduct training for clients, partners and sales team.
Possess excellent presentation skills and manage contacts with local business associations.
Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their designated region.
Maintain and expand customer base by motivating the sales team; building and maintaining rapport with key partners and customers; identifying incipient partner and customer opportunities
Achieve revenue objectives by creating a sales plan as per company policy.
Develop sales strategies to improve market share for all products
Review expenses and recommend economies
Meet regional sales objectives by maintaining forecasts and sales pipeline, implementing strategic plans and reviews; preparing and consummating action plans; quality, and customer-accommodation standards; resolving quandaries;completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements and implementing change.
